Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Processing time typically takes 1-2 business days. You will be notified once your items are shipped.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  1. Standard Delivery: Approximately 7-12 business days. Delays may occur depending on the local postal service and customs clearance.
  2. Extended Delivery (Certain Countries): In some regions, delivery may take 10-15 business days.

Note: Delivery time is calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $69

The following countries do not participate in free shipping: Bahrain, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Ghana, Israel, Ireland, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Maldives, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, Seychelles, South Africa, Taiwan Province of China, Tanzania, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United States, Uganda.)

  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee.

Please ensure all address details are provided in ENGLISH (including street/block, city, state/province, zip code, country, name, and phone number).


Order Updates and Tracking

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This will include an order summary and your billing/shipping details.
  2. Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, a confirmation email will be sent, including your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking details.

Note: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual shipping notifications for each shipment.


Important Information

  1. Customer Responsibility:

    • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipients, or other customer-related issues. At this time, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping fee.
    • If you authorize delivery to a location (e.g., doorstep, neighbor), we are not liable for loss or theft.
  1. Customs and Duties:

    • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and duties(Usually found in countries such as Brazil, South Africa, Egypt, etc., randomly inspected by local customs). These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
    • If customs fees are unpaid and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot process a refund or reshipment.
